What a nice day, got to meet up with some Marist teammates for a tempo run on trails at and around Belmont Lake State Park.
Tomorrow, my roommate is making the trip to Long Island and we are heading to the Hofstra vs. Marist Women's Basketball game.
Should be a fun game with a little tailgating too!
Go Red Foxes!
